Characteristics

  • Four thicknesses of CVD graphene
  • Available in either 1, 2, 3-5 or 6-8 layers
  • Available in four unique TEM substrates:

1. Lacey carbon film on 300 mesh copper TEM grid;
2. 2000 mesh copper TEM grid with beryllium-copper support aperture;
3. 200µm thick 3.0mm diameter silicon substrate with a 0.5×0.5mm aperture and 200nm thick silicon nitride membrane with approximately 6,400 2.5µm  holes;
4. Quantifoil TEM grid with either 7×7µm or 2.5µm holes.

  • Graphene coverage of the TEM grid is better than 75%
